Refund Policy

• No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available if the product is received in a damaged condition. To qualify for a refund:

1. You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product along with your order details.

3. After verification, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

• After 3 hours, cancellations are not permitted as the order will already be in the processing stage.

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.

Non-Refundable Situations
